Part 1 Introduction

Activate your Intercessors

1. Ask your prayer warriors and intercessors to cover the church in prayer. (1 hr)
Tell them you’re focusing on developing leaders and implementing a comprehensive discipleship programs throughout the church and you need them to pray against enemy interference and attack, pray for you and the leadership team, pray for the people to rise up and engage.

1. Read the Overview document (click here to download). It’s the same as 1st Yr but important to review. (15 min)

Check-in with the Coordinator

1. Schedule meeting with the program coordinator to get started. (5 min)

(Courses contains all MasterClasses, courses and other training courses. Some have teaching notes. Most are four one-hour recordings from live Zoom calls.
Once you start a course, you can find it again in My Account / Training /My Courses (when logged in).

Group Coaching Calls – Senior Leaders

  • Calls: Every week, Tuesdays from 9-10 AM, and Thursdays 4-5 PM Pacific Time. This is optional. There will be a very short teaching, but most of the time will be for answering your questions. We recommend you try to attend at least once a week.

1. For the first month of the program, attend at least one of the coaching calls every week.

Team Coaching Calls – Other Leaders on your Team

1. Have your overseers and other leaders attend the call as needed.

Personal Coaching

  • In addition to the one-on-one coaching calls already on the Road Map, you get three one-on-one 1 hr. coaching calls to use as you wish; schedule as needed to address training, ministry and personal issues. (1 hr each)

Peer Mentoring

1. Meet with your group. The coordinator will get you connected with two other Mastermind members, to meet with 2-4 times a month to encourage and support each other; schedule as needed. (30 min)

Part 2 Planning

Check-in with the Coordinator

Custom Training Plan Session with a Coach

1. Schedule a meeting with a coach to review participant results from Church Health Assessment, and create a custom training plan to address areas of need, etc. (5 min)

2. Attend the meeting. (1 hr)

Update Strategic Plan

1. Update your Strategic Plan according to progress, needs, etc. (1 hr)

Strategic Planning Session with a Coach

1. Schedule to meet with a coach to go over your Strategic Plan. (5 min)

2. Attend the meeting. (1 hr)

Part 3 Multiply Groups & Ministries

Check-in with the Coordinator

1. Schedule meeting with the program coordinator to review progress, get updates, schedule coaching etc.. (5 min)

2. Attend the meeting. (20 min)

3rd Generation Group Planning Session with a Coach

1. Schedule to meet with a coach to go over your plan for launching the 2nd generation groups. (5 min)

2. Attend the meeting. (1 hr)

Launch 3rd Generation Small Groups

1. Work with overseer (that will be you in small church) to work with 2nd generation group teams and assistant teams to promote and launch 3rd generation groups. (5 hrs)

Ministry Multiplication

1. Work with overseers to multiply all ministries. (20 hrs)
Improve existing ministries, launch new ones, including short and long-term missions. Seek to integrate member’s callings with the ministries and missions.

Part 4 Additional Assessments

1. Do the assessment (30 min)
