Drawing on several decades of ministry experience, and the work in developing Destiny Finder, in 2012 Michael Brodeur began to develop a 100-point comprehensive assessment tool that identified specific strengths and weaknesses within a church or organization. This assessment also measured the church’s ability to fulfill its mission by impacting the community at large. That assessment was the basis for what is now known as the Church Health Assessment and the Regional Impact Assessment
Additional assessments have been developed, including the Leadership Style Assessment and the Program Assessment, and several more are in development.
LeaderStyle Assessment (Free)
This assessment looks at how a person leads based on how God has designed the person to function. Each of us can learn and grow and adapt, but we have basic ways we function that are part of our divine design. You are unique… and your personality and “wiring” will affect how you lead, regardless of the context. Knowing more about yourself will help you lead better.

Church Health 360o Assessment
This powerful assessment gives you a comprehensive look at the internal health of your church in the areas of discipleship, pastoral care, spiritual impact, leadership development and evangelism.
You can invite up to 15 people to do the assessment, and you receive the results. There are 50 questions, producing comprehensive results with bar charts, and 60 question-specific solution videos..
Regional Impact Assessment
This extensive assessment gives you a comprehensive look at the external impact of your church on your local community in the areas of evangelism, outreach, missions, community connection, and more.
You can invite up to 15 people to do the assessment, and you receive the results. There are 50 questions, producing comprehensive results with bar charts, and 60 question-specific solution videos.
Program Assessment
This assessment enables you to rate the quality of 99 programs or ministries, including your preaching, parking, small groups, administration functions, facilities, and every other type of program or feature we could think of.
You can invite up to 15 people to do the assessment about your church and you receive the results. There are 99 questions producing instant results with comprehensive scoring and bar charts.
