Unfortunately, whether we like to admit it or not, this parable is being played out before our eyes in current culture.

The church of Jesus Christ his so excited about all of our achievements: our great worship services, our powerful teaching, our amazing conferences and slick videos.

The challenge is that in spite of all these wonderful things the church has lost considerable ground in the last 50 years. In fact, we have never been less influential in the primary spheres of society than we are today.

If we examine the problem deeply, we will come to the conclusion that we are in the mist of an epic leadership crisis. Most pastors are not trained to lead effectively, And we are not training our members to be the kingdom leaders that God has called him to be.

This MasterClass it’s designed to address this problem.

Our goal is to raise the bar of leader ship by creating Leadership quotient( LQ) metric To empower church in Market Pl., Leaders to be world changers.
