The Church of Jesus Christ is on the verge of a great harvest of souls. In anticipation of this new great awakening, the greatest need is for great pastors and leaders. However, many of our pastors have reached the limits of their training and lack the tools to bring their ministries to the next level.

In addition to this, the age of existing pastors has grown from 44 to 54 in the last 10 years. In other words, we are not replenishing the ranks of pastors with new emerging leaders. One of the keys to overcoming these problems is to release apostolic coaches and mentors to help pastors grow their ministries in quality and quantity.
