  4. Develop together. Choose an assessment summary to share, then review individual growth plans with your senior leader.

Your personal workbook starts private. You choose which assessment summaries to share. Growth plans are visible to the senior leader and the person they are for. Course lesson completion and workbook activity completion are saved separately.
