The Framework
The most frequent feedback we hear from pastors and leaders is that they need a clear plan for leading their people into spiritual maturity and mobilizing them for ministry.
We also hear how leaders feel lonely in their personal as well as ministry challenges and struggles.
Our framework was created to fill those two gaps. We want leaders to live a fulfilled and thriving ministry journey with clarity of vision.
It is focused on three primary pillars :
- SHIFT your mindsest to apostolic, and get training and support.
- EQUIP your leadership team with the same mindset and skills.
- LAUNCH powerful small groups and ministries.
We believe Ephesians 4:11 provides the “architecture” for the church. The fivefold or “quintessential” gifts characterize Jesus’ ministry, and we are to carry on that ministry.
They are ALL important. But the key is verse 12. They were given “to equip the saints for the work of ministry.” That’s their purpose.
But the church has been focused for centuries on the pastor and teacher gifts, with a little emphasis on the evangelistic, and not much on the apostolic and prophetic. The pastoral gift is about caring and keeping… the apostolic gift is about training and sending, and it must be primary.
You need to learn how to multiply yourself in other with the same “train and send” mindset. We’ve developed a Biblically-based and proven set of training resources and templates to help you do that.
If you walk with boldness into the Calling God has for your life, then your church community will follow that same path, and we have seen this happen time and time again.
02. EQUIP your team
Next you need to train your team, and this is much more than teaching. Following Jesus’ model, you’ll follow our in-depth plan to personally train (equip) them in the same apostolic mindset, and with the same ministry skills.
You’ll use our Destiny Finder tool to train your team how to do a biblical small group that can multiply; and that becomes the template for other groups.
You’ll model and train your leaders in our simple but effective leadership development model that raises up and multiplies leaders and ministries.
You’ll use our people development model to train your team how to disciple people in a way that unleashes them for ministry. And you’ll learn how to cultivate an evangelistic culture that reaches the lost.
Living and becoming a church-family is the way to “do church.”
