Jesus taught many things, but his last command was to make disciples that make more disciples (the “Great Commission”). As pastors and leaders, we know that’s our priority. But it ain’t easy! The number one  frustration we hear in our coaching, around the world, is this: “my people are too busy.” How do you deal with that? 

We need QUALITY: disciples who are becoming more and more godly. AND we need QUANTITY: reaching more new people and bringing them into the kingdom. How do you get both?

Well, those are great questions … we’re going to lay out a blueprint for leading people in our overly busy society; it’s Biblical and proven in the trenches of real ministry. And it produces quality AND quantity.

Let’s talk about discipleship. Most discipleship programs are a six or eight week class that covers how to read the Bible, fellowship, service, giving, prayer, etc. And they usually stress your “duty” as a believer.  BUT discipleship is SO MUCH MORE! 

In this webinar you’ll be introduced to “delight-directed discipleship” instead of “duty-driven” discipleship. Yes duty is good but it’s not great to sustain you long term. We see discipleship as an aspect of one’s calling or destiny as given by the Lord.

And He has created each person for a specific purpose. He has prepared works for each person to do – that’s personal destiny (Eph. 2:10).  When people discover their purpose and begin to fulfill it, they will be motivated from the heart and it’s the most powerful motivation there is.

And when you help others to discover their destiny it’s amazing! We’ll show you how.
