Destiny Finder was an amazing experience for me.
Having taken Strengths Finder 2.0 in the past, I quickly realized that this would not be another simple personality assessment. I've never found such an overwhelming positive response...
We had our Destiny Finder conference and it was amazing. The feedback from the people has been so positive. The amazing thing, there’s a lot of surveys you can do to discover your gifts and strengths. But what I’ve never found is such an overwhelming positive response in terms of people saying, ‘Yes, that is me.’ Quite often, I find people will say, ‘That’s kind of me.’ But this has been so spot on with person after person just saying, ‘Yes, that’s me.’ Kind of like, ‘You don’t know me, but you know me. How is that possible?’
I believe one of the things is it’s just so biblically based. The people are really so excited for me as a pastor to just get into the lives, to work with them, to find out how we can help them on their journey towards their destiny. But to have that tool, to have that key that they already know what they are. I know the next question is, how can we pursue this? How can we go further with this? As a pastor, I’m just feeling so empowered, just having that knowledge and being able to engage with people on the results of their Destiny Finder findings.
