Let’s talk about church growth for a minute. The first barrier that most churches hit is around 70 people. Many churches are under that number and find it hard to get past it. The simple reason is that 70 people is around the maximum number of people that one person can pastor effectively. So unless you learn how to lead through others and multiply ministry through other leaders, that’s it. Maybe if you’re a strong extrovert or really gifted, you can handle more… maybe 100.
But if you learn how to lead in a way that grows your church more than 70, the next barrier that most churches encounter is around 200. Many of the principles and practices that break the 70 barrier apply to breaking 200, but there are some different problems and challenges to break 200. And we’re going to get specific about doing just that.
“Break the 200 Barrier” Challenge is a 5-day live online experience in which you will learn the keys to growing your church in Quality AND Quantity and break the 200 person barrier.
Jesus taught many things, but his last command was to make disciples that make more disciples (the “Great Commission”). But many churches are just not doing that. We need QUALITY: disciples who are becoming more and more godly. AND we need QUANTITY: reaching more new people and bringing them into the kingdom. We’re going to lay out a blueprint for doing just that; it’s Biblical and proven in the trenches of real ministry.
Each day features a one hour webinar in which Michael Brodeur and Glen Reed will teach on the crucial elements that are essential to grow a church past the 200 barrier. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and dialogue about the situations you’re facing in your church.
If your church has 40, 100, or 200 members and you want to grow, there are some specific things you need to do; in these 5 days we will cover these keys, and it will transform the way you lead and position you for growth.
We’ve never done this before, we’re experimenting with this special format and a ridiculously low charge. This is real live teaching and interaction, and it’s not fluff; it’s actionable content that will make a difference.
You don’t have to walk alone in your journey. We will help you get moving forward.
