BANNING LIEBSCHERJESUS CULTURE CHURCH PASTOR
Jesus taught many things, but his last command was to make disciples that make more disciples (the “Great Commission”). But many churches are just not doing that. We need QUALITY: disciples who are becoming more and more godly. AND we need QUANTITY: reaching more new people and bringing them into the kingdom. We’re going to lay out a blueprint for doing just that; it’s Biblical and proven in the trenches of real ministry.
Although the focus is on breaking 200, the principles apply if your church has 40 or 400 or even 4,000 members. If you want to move forward, there are some Biblical keys that are gamechangers; in this webinar we will cover those keys to experience breakthrough.
This is real live teaching and interaction, and it’s not fluff; it’s actionable content that will make a difference.
Let’s face it. It’s not easy being a pastor in our days.
As former and currently active church leaders, we understand the tension.
Church growth is still seen as taboo by many and with this perspective we’ve lost a tremendous opportunity to break barriers and share the message of God’s Hope and Love to those that are thirsty for it.
For many churches the first barrier is hit around 70 people. Many churches are under that number and find it hard to get past it. The simple reason is that 70 people is around the maximum number of people that one person can pastor effectively without help. So unless you learn how to lead through others and multiply ministry through other leaders, that’s it. Maybe if you’re a strong extrovert or really gifted, you can handle more… maybe 100.
But if you learn how to lead in a way that grows your church more than 70, the next barrier that most churches encounter is around 200.
Many of the principles and practices that help with breaking the 70 barrier also apply to breaking 200, but there are some different problems and challenges to breaking 200… and we’re going to covers keys for both.
With the pandemic, most ministry is not happening in person. We’ll talk about how to thrive in this time of crisis, how to do ministry online, how to develop leaders, and more.
We have to do church differently.
This challenge is designed to start the conversation of how, as a body, we can walk in the direction of sustainable and Healthy church growth.
