The Pastor’s Coach Boot Camp is a live, online experience that walks you through the complete shift—from carrying it all yourself to building a team-based, multiplying church.

- A framework to assess and intentionally shape your church culture

- The IRTLS model: Identify → Recruit → Train → Launch → Support
- A plan to turn faithful helpers into reproducing leaders through apprenticeship, not just classes

FAQ
Is this only for charismatic churches?
No. We come from a charismatic background and draw from Ephesians 4 and team-based leadership. But the principles are broadly biblical—churches from many traditions have used this roadmap to multiply leaders and small groups.
What if I can only do one phase?
That’s fine. Each phase stands alone. Start where your church needs help most. You can always join the next cohort for another phase.
Can I bring my team?
Yes! And we encourage it. The Boot Camp works best when your core leaders go through it with you. Contact us about team pricing.
What's the time commitment?
One live session per week (90 minutes), plus time to work through the module materials. Most pastors find 3–4 hours/week is enough to stay engaged.
What if I've done the Boot Camp before?
Welcome back. We’ve restructured into 3 phases with updated content. Alumni get a special rate and you can bring new leaders through with you.
