QUINTESSENTIAL CHURCH
MASTERMIND mENTORSHIP

A Total Church Transformation Implementation Program

Special Offer for Boot Camp Alumni

IF YOU WANT YOUR CHURCH TO GROW IN QUALITY AND QUANTITY...YOU CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

If YOU’RE CALLED TO LEAD A CHURCH to be a healthy and dynamic group of people who love God, love people, reach the lost, and impact their region,

but you’ve struggled some or you just aren’t progressing as fast as you feel you should be,

THIS IS FOR YOU.

Help is on the way…

We’ve done a BOOT CAMP for pastors over 25 times since 2017 with over 300 pastors, and it’s been amazing.

We’ve heard from them how valuable and superior the training has been, and how people have been activated and churches transformed.

In the Boot Camp we gave pastors the KNOWLEDGE to transform their church (Biblically-based, practical, proven in the trenches of real pastoral ministry teaching).

We gave them the TOOLS to transform their church (our powerful Destiny Finder tools, leadership development model, small group program, discipleship development keys, and more).

BUT we find that many still struggle with IMPLEMENTATION.

It’s like this…I can give you a book on how to build a house… even give you a hammer, saw, nails and some wood…

but ACTUALLY BUILDING it is the challenge.

Especially if it’s raining, and your helpers are untrained.

What you need is an EXPERT to WORK WITH YOU and HELP YOU BUILD.

That’s why we decided to go WAY BEYOND THE BOOT CAMP training and create the MASTERMIND program.

We SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS— Biblical success, meaning you fulfill your Kingdom purpose.

  • We give you the KNOWLEDGE to transform your church.
  • We give you the TOOLS to transform your church.
  • AND we give you the COACHING to transform your church.

We’ve got HUNDREDS of hours of video teaching on various aspects of church growth, leadership, team building, discipleship, evangelism, etc.

But when you NEED HELP, you don’t want to sort through a zillion things… you want SPECIFIC GUIDANCE to make real progress and we give you that.

We give you a clear and detailed ROAD MAP with instructions, steps, links, etc. of

  • WHAT to do
  • WHEN to do it,
  • and HOW to do it.

And we supplement that with GROUP COACHING and PERSONAL COACHING to help you do it.

We offer a 1st Year program and a 2nd Year program.

But, honestly, for most churches it takes at least two years to make the shift and start transforming. Therefore, we offer a huge discount for you to sign up for both years.
