Program Length
The DF Coach Certification Program is expected to take between 6-12 months; you work at your own pace.
Assignments
When you finish an assignment, check the completion checkbox.
Each assignment has a source: Either a direct link, or it lists Links or Training. Links is the next section in this Road Map. Training means the main Training menu option listed on the Main Top Navigation menu next to My Account and Coaching. Destiny Finder Small Group Program
Life and Destiny Coaching Course
Objectives
This is a group coaching call every other week for 60-90 minutes. You are required to attend at least once a month, and you’re welcome to attend more often. Check each time you attend.
The time will be used for connection and community, observing coaching, doing observed coaching, and mentor-student feedback.

Objectives
- Get a thorough understanding of the Destiny Finder Small Group Program.
- Get experience facilitating a small group using the Destiny Finder Small Group Program.
- Understand the value of the small group program and how it facilitates and accelerates personal development, leadership development, outreach, community, pastoral care and ultimately church growth in quality and quantity.
Assignments
1. Go through the entire DF Small Group Program: Leader Guide, Workbook, Videos, Online tool, all other documents. (Training) (5.5 hrs)
2. Facilitate Destiny Finder in a small group. This means you are part of the leadership team for a Destiny Finder small group; the leader, assistant leader or trainer. You get people signed up for DF, get and run the videos, facilitate discussion of the videos and the online tool, and coach people in the destiny process. (Training) (8 hrs)
3. Get 10+ evaluations of your performance in the DF small group. You hand out evaluation forms TBD (Links) (0 hr)
4. Review the evaluations of your small group performance with your mentor and debrief (You arrange). (1 hr)
